Everyday pressures and the need to rush from one activity to another can take a toll on our souls.  Inspired by the chants, writing and art of Hildegard of Bingen and others, we’ll slow down and spend time engaging with the four elements in restorative practices of contemplation, chant, gardening and more.  We’ll go home with some practical tools to create an environment for our own spiritual well being.
