Expressions in Watercolor with Jennifer Brown
Through studies and simple exercises explore and enjoy the art of watercolor
painting. Nourish your color sense, creativity, and appreciation of the world
around you. Beginning and experienced painters are all welcome!

Kripalu Yoga with Rose Loving
This class consists of a variety of stretches, breathing exercises, and yoga poses increase balance and flexibility, decrease stress and promote a sense of tranquility and well-being.

Caribbean Steel Band with Scott Paulson

Take The Stage! Performance Practice Classes with D&J Music 
Whatever your level of experience you can “Take the Stage!” All you need is an interest in performance, a desire to try new things and a commitment to having fun!*Get over stage fright*Develop your stage presence *Focus through distractions *Learn to evaluate your progress in a healthy way*Choose material that’s right for you *Create a plan that takes you where you want to go.

VTISA welcomes Cora Swanberg to the 7 Stars Center on Rt 14 in Sharon to teach dance classes:

Explore Movement for Pre-K children!  Wednesdays from 4 to 4:30pm, March 5th -26th.
$15 per class or $50 for all four weeks. March 5th – 26th

Contemporary jazz/movement for adults (highschool and older, beginners-intermediate)
Saturdays 11:30 am -12:30 am March 8th, 15, 29 and April 5th
$20 dollars per class or $70 for all four.

Tai Chi & Qigong with Catherine Freese
Combine movement breath and awareness to create strong health and peace of mind. Tai Chi uses fluid movements to improve balance, increase circulation, strengthen the body and reduce tension.

Japanese Calligraphy and Brush Painting with Ginger Armstrong
Japanese calligraphy with an emphasis on individual style and choice of words. Scrolls and plaques will be available for students to present their work.
