Bobross: Vermont Independent School of the Arts is a non-profit, tax exempt organization that was founded on the principle that we are all innately creative and that it is only by being funneled through structures and succumbing to societal pressures that we arrive at the decision that we are not.

VTISA is committed to the students rediscovery of this innate creativity. Our goal is to provide the Central Vermont and Upper Valley Region of Vermont and New Hampshire with quality, expressive, and fun arts instruction.
