"The Panhandlers"

There is nothing like the sound of a BIG steel band and with 20+ members the Panhandlers is our biggest. This group has been playing since 2002 and has developed a strong and fun repertoire. They have played at the All New England Steel Band Festival with 22 other Bands from 2003-2007 and have been featured at Vermont's Quechee Balloon Festival , The Tunbridge Worlds Fair , Rutland Ethnic Festival, and The League of New Hampshire Craftsmen's Fair .

The Panhandlers are an excellent choice for large parties, festivals, and concerts. They are also regularly featured at V.I.S.A. end of term concerts.

This collection comprises the bands favorite numbers and is sure to please anyone who enjoys the sounds of the islands. It contains selections that range from the easy going "Yellow Bird" to the jumpy theme from "I Dream of Jeannie" and the high powered "Jab Jab"

The Steel Crazy (after all these years) Band

This group is all about making music for the pure joy of it and sharing that joy with each other and anyone else who wants to listen!

Formed in 2004 as an adult beginner group, this team has managed, when they aren't too busy chatting with each other, to build up enough of a repertoire to start venturing out and sharing their love of music with audiences around the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont!

The Sharon Academy's PANDEMONIUM!

This group from The Sharon Academy Has played concerts at dozens of schools around the state have been featured performers at The Vermont Alliance for Arts Education conference which showcased the Pandemonium "flash" for arts educators from all over the state! They were also featured in a WCAX Channel 3 news story and as the focus of Friday Morning Music during the 2003 Thanksgiving week. WCAX, a CBS affiliate is the states largest.

Sharon Elementary School 5th Grade Class Steel Band

Many of these Sharon Elementary School children are destined for our Panhandlers group. With talent beyond their years, this strong young group insures that incredible steel bands will be coming out of Sharon, Vermont for years to come!
